Privacy Policy

Tax-Ready CEO · Leonard Reed Consulting, LLC · Effective October 1, 2026

Who we are

Tax-Ready CEO ("we", "us") is an AI assistant service for small-business owners, operated by Leonard Reed Consulting, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and sign-in details.
  • Business information you give us: your business profile, brand kit, brand-voice interview answers, agent names and settings.
  • Your work: the requests you send to your agents, the drafts they produce, your approvals, edits and ratings.
  • Connected-account data, only if you choose to connect an account (see the next section).
  • Billing information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive your subscription status and billing contact details; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Agreement records: when you buy, we record which versions of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Founders Beta Program Agreement you accepted, with the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, as proof of your agreement.
  • Waiting list: if you join the waiting list for a future Founders round, we keep your name, email address and the date you asked to be contacted, and use them only to tell you when that round opens. You can ask to be removed at any time.
  • Technical information: basic logs such as sign-in times, errors and usage counts, used to keep the service secure and working.

Connected accounts (Google, Microsoft, Calendly and others)

You can connect your own email, calendar and scheduling accounts so your agents can help with them. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time from the Connections page or from your Google, Microsoft or Calendly account settings.

  • Reading: your agents read your messages or calendar events only when you ask them to. To sort your inbox they read the sender, subject, date and a short preview of recent messages. When you start a receipt and invoice scan, they search the date range you choose and read the full text of the emails that look like receipts, invoices or payments.
  • Acting: we create drafts, send emails, or add calendar events only after you review and approve that specific item. Our agents never send anything on their own. If you use inbox clean-up, we count your inbox emails by sender (sender, subject and date) and move a sender's emails to your Archive or a folder only when you approve that sender. We never delete your email.
  • Storage: we keep the drafts and results you create, which may include information from your connected accounts that appears in them. A receipt and invoice scan saves an expense record for each one it finds (vendor, date, amount, a short description, the sender and subject, and a link back to the email) in your private account, until you delete it. We do not keep copies of your mailbox or calendar.
  • People: our staff do not read your connected-account data, except with your permission, when needed for security or to comply with the law.

Google user data. Tax-Ready CEO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Microsoft user data. Data from Microsoft accounts is handled under the same rules: used only for the features you request, never sold, never used for advertising.

How we use AI

To create drafts, we send your request, your business profile and brand voice, and any connected data you chose to include to an AI model provider through our hosting platform. These providers process the data to produce your result. We do not permit your data to be used to train their public models, and we do not use your data to train models ourselves.

How we use your information

  • To provide the service: run your agents, save your work and show it only to you.
  • To carry out actions you approve, such as sending an email or adding a calendar event.
  • To process payments and manage your membership.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To contact you about your account and important changes to the service.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:

  • Our application hosting and database provider.
  • AI model providers, to generate your drafts.
  • Stripe, for payments.
  • Calendly, to book your Done-With-You setup session (we share your name and email so the booking page is filled in for you).
  • Automation tools you connect yourself, such as Zapier or Make, when you choose to send approved work to them.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Security

Your records are private to your account: other members cannot see them, and our access controls apply at the database level. Information is encrypted in transit. Connected-account sign-ins are handled by the account provider, and we never ask for or store your email or calendar passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual drafts at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us at support@leonardreed.com; we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as billing records). You can revoke our access to a connected account at any time in that account's security settings.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your business profile and brand settings in the app, disconnect accounts, cancel your membership, and ask us for a copy of your information or its deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us to use them.

Children

Tax-Ready CEO is for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
