Sound familiar?

December has a way of finding every loose end.

Behind

"I didn't hit my goals this year."

A year-end plan, a landing page and a lead magnet so you can still sell through the holidays.

Buried

"My receipts are everywhere."

Your Finance Agent pulls them from your inboxes, photos and statements, and sorts them for you.

Unsure

"I've never done business taxes."

A calm, plain-English path with dated steps that ends with one folder for your CPA.

Weary

"I need encouragement, not just tools."

A 31-day devotional and journal to finish the year with faith and focus.

The heart of it

Meet your Finance Agent.

It goes back to 1 January 2026, gathers every invoice, sale, expense and receipt it can find, sorts them, and asks you only about the ones it can't work out. One card at a time, with the receipt on screen.

Who's behind it

Built by someone who has cleaned up harder messes.

Kris Leonard rose from help desk technician to Chief Information Officer over two decades. As CIO of a 25-site healthcare system, he was brought in after a data breach to lead the recovery, then rebuilt its security, records and procedures from the ground up. TaxReadyCEO brings that same discipline to the owner whose receipts live in three places, and whose January deserves to be calm.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Do you file my taxes?

No. We get your records ready in one folder, with the questions answered. You hand the folder to your CPA, who prepares and files your return.

Is this tax advice?

No. We organise your records. Your CPA gives the advice.

I don't have bookkeeping software. Is that a problem?

No. That's most first-year owners. Upload your bank and card statements and we build your books from them.

My receipts are a mess. Does that matter?

That's the usual case. Your Finance Agent reads your email, your photos and your statements back to 1 January and sorts what it finds.

What do you connect to?

Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Wave and FreshBooks. For any other email, including iCloud and Yahoo, you get a private receipts address. Paper receipts: snap a photo. Bank and card accounts: upload your statements. We don't link to banks directly yet.

How long does it take?

Most owners have their folder within a few days of connecting and answering. It depends on how much there is and how quickly you answer.

What happens after 60 days?

If you started the Back Office, your $497 was already credited to it. If you didn't, the credit expires and everything in the bundle is still yours.

January can be calm.
