You are handing us your money records. Here is exactly what happens to them.
What we read
Your statements, the documents you upload, and the email account you connect. We look for receipts and invoices. We don't read your personal messages.
Your email
We never send, delete or move email for you.. The only thing we do with a message is read the receipt or invoice attached to it.
Disconnect in one click
Every connected account has a Disconnect button in Settings > Connections. It revokes our access at the provider, immediately. You do not have to ask us, and we cannot turn it back on.
You can see the log
Every change to your records and every download is recorded, with the date. Open Settings > Activity and read it yourself.
Delete your records yourself
Settings > Delete my data sends a confirmation code to your email. Enter the code and your records are removed. We do not delete anything until the code is entered.
What we never touch
We never ask for your bank password. We never store card numbers. We never file a tax return for you. Your CPA files; we get the records ready.
Never used to train AI
Your documents are not used to train any model, ours or anyone else's. They are read to answer your questions and to build your folder, and nothing else.
